Our signature main room — The Foley. Named with intention: a nod to the art of sound-making, right here in Byron Bay's most storied music space. Up to 20 people. Not a bland function room — a room with soul, built where music was made and sold for years.
Shared Office Desks
Your dedicated desk in the front creative shop — formerly a music school, still full of that energy. Not a sterile office park. A working creative environment, surrounded by musicians, practitioners and makers. Only 2 desks available.
Private Offices
Carpeted, soundproofed, private lockable door. These rooms are built for practitioners who need total privacy and a professional environment. Shared elegant waiting room, premium bathroom, shower and kitchen. Flexible terms — no long lease needed.
Studio
The upstairs space where music lives at full volume. Full-band rehearsals, masterclasses, workshops, yoga and movement sessions, creative intensives. High ceilings, dedicated access.
Lesson & Activity Rooms
Smaller private rooms for 1:1 sessions — guitar, voice, drums, yoga, wellness coaching. Byron Bay Guitar Academy operates here daily. Acoustic privacy and a built-in referral network.
